Our physical health is important, yet it is only one piece of the puzzle. When we focus only on our physical body and still find ourselves unwell, it is often because we are missing the connection to the deeper levels of health.

Our mind is powerful, and our entire life experiences are stored in our minds. It operates based on all parts of our past wounds, traumas, and mindsets.Â
Energetic
Our emotional / energy bodies are also essential to our health and need to be part of our everyday self-care.
