These fun and interactive nutrition classes will teach kids how sugar effects their bodies, how eating a rainbow of colors can help support different parts of our bodies and how each of us can play a part in making our planet healthier and in turn make ourselves healthier . 

Finally, why it is important to slow down and be more mindful of our food we put into our bodies.    We will not focus on what is “good” or “bad” but instead what are the foods that make our bodies and brains grow big and strong and the “sometimes foods.” 

Children will learn and make some fun and simple snacks and take home their own whole food grocery list to share with mom and dad.
